Missing Information

    I’m attempting to add a book and suddenly all of the information under Publishers, Retailers, Editions and Formats are all missing and blank. All my purchase links of disappeared because the logos disappeared. The only thing left under Editions & Formats is pricing. All my publishers disappeared. I’ve repopulated the Editions and Formats, but now I have to redo all the retailers and have lost the icons as well. It’s like the entire database of all the information I’ve gathered for a year has disappeared.

    That’s very strange. It sounds like your settings got corrupted or something.

    If the buy links for your books were all from retailers that originally installed with MBM (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) then you could try deactivating and reactivating the plugin. That should re-install the original retailers and should hopefully keep all your buy links for your books intact.

    If you customized the icons for the retailers, you will have to re-update those, but that’s better than having to do all the buy links for your books.
