Missing import function with .csv files

    Hi,

    When I upload a single .csv file without any photos, there is no button for importing. When there is photos in the import folder, there is no problem but it only seems to be a problem when the import only consists of a single .csv file.

    The bug seems to have come in the new release. Tried to se if the problem is in different browsers and sop far I have seen it in Chrome, IE Explorer and Firefox.
