Support » Plugin: Appointments » Asking for Credit Card (It is not free anymore)

  • This plugin is forcing users to sign up and give CC info for payment.

It was used to be free, but I don’t know why is going on with the team.

This was the creme de la creme for me and for other users.

    Hi @lucasferreiras,

Thanks for taking a moment to feedback on this! You’re right that CSV imports aren’t directly built-in but it is possible to import from Google Calendar like described here:
    http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/import-question-for-appointment#post-392212

And you could import CSV’s into Google Calendar:

I know it’s a bit of a workaround, but usually CSV imports would only be done once.

Would that maybe work for you?

Another thing I found. I am not sure about it. But I was using sandbox from PayPal and the client was receiving the email confirmation for paying the appointment, but I wasn’t. The transaction was displaying in pending section. Is there any other configuration instead of only the email merchant?

Hi @lucasferreiras, if you have the “Send Confirmation email” setting enabled, you should receive a confirmation email as admin as well.

You wouldn’t receive the PayPal email though, is that what you were asking?

You may also want to check that the “Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required” option is set to Yes too.

    Does that help?
