 * I have tried to add command on php.ini to activate it on Media Temple, however,
it still inactivates on my site, and the server setting is PHP 5.6.21 fast CGI(
   stable).
 * I have also tried to upgrade to the latest PHP 7.3.11 but the problem still.
 * Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Appreciate it.

 * I upgraded wordpress and now it says PHPimagick is missing or disabled. All the
pictures are now displaying skewed. What do I do? I am not a web page expert –
taking over for someone else and I am lost. Can anyone help?
