    I’ve got an image on a page I’m working on that shows up in IE6, but not IE7 or FF. When looking at the source, it looks like the image is commented out, but the IMG tag doesn’t appear. All I see is:

    <!-- -->

    There is no commented code anywhere near this image, and the code directly above it shows just fine. Any tips?

    The page is at http://www.tonygaver.com/wordpress and the image I’m referring to is at the bottom of the right sidebar “harisbanner.jpg”.

    Thanks!

  • Well, that image is not hosted on your server…
    Unless you have the explicit permission to link to the image directly – you are commiting a crime: bandwith stealing. Many site owners (including me) forbid “hot linking” to their images.

    Ah, I should have cleared that up. I was trying to tweak a site for someone through my wordpress install. If that’s what would cause that, it makes sense and is all good.

    Thanks!
