missing icon dropdown when adding second icon to topbar icon menu

On http://www.norscat.com using the Virtue theme I am trying to add a second icon to the top bar icon menu.
I want a linkedin icon to appear next to the envelope icon. But when I attempt to add this in the theme options clicking “add icon” in the topbar icon menu I do not get the dropdown list of all the icons to choose from that I got for the first icon. I only see the fields “upload icon”, “title”, “description”, “icon link” and the checkbox to open in a new tab or window. The icon dropdown list is missing.
