Missing http: from embed url | WordPress.org

Recently many videos that worked before fine now is not loaded anymore.
I notice that is missing “http:” in the url.

In post there is https://ibb.co/jzGeU9

Link to one of article: https://wot2investin.com/oil-and-gas-investor-evening/

The black dot is the video, if you check source code of that, you can see url starting with //youtube.com….

Our developers checked and they said that it is not a global issue.
