# Missing header in .POT file

 * My problem today is twofold.
    I have bought a plugin called WP Online Contracts
   that among other things generates a pdf doc from a post/page/signed contract.
 * 1. The text I’m writing is in icelandic and all the special Icelandic characters
   appear as question marks when the pdf is created. Plugin author says he hasn’t
   had this problem before.. doesn’t want to help me or doesn’t know how.
 * Any idea why this is? All text on the website is displaying correctly, this only
   happens when the pdf is generated.
 * 2. I wanted to translate some of the plugin text which I normally do with PoEdit.
   But, the plugins .POT file is missing a header, so I can’t generate .po file 
   from it to translate.
 * Can one, who isn’t the plugin author, do something to add the header to the .
   POT file?
 * Thanks in advance.
 * Ps: I’m using Avada theme, and the required plugins for that, and then WP Online
   Contracts and nothing else. Newest version of everything.
