# missing header and navigation

 * had the php problem about error on line fixed it with the code in another post
   but the calendar has no header or navigation on the page so can only see this
   month
    checked the settings and my code for the page that displays the calendar

 * found the cause of the problem server updated to PHP 5.4 it causes problems with
   other plugins as well
