# Missing Groups in Widgets

 * Hi, Thanks for your theme. Its great.
 * I am having problem finding the group for the widgets under the portfolio, slider,
   etc tabs.
 * i followed the steps to install the post types via the xml file
 * please advise how i can put it in?

 * Hi webbing,
 * I think the recent [Toolset Types](https://wordpress.org/plugins/types/) update
   somehow broke this. Here is how to fix that while waiting for the official XML
   to be reviewed:
    1. On the dashboard sidebar, hover to **Types** > **Taxonomies**.
    2. You will see 5 entries named **Group**. Open the **Edit** link in a new tab 
       for each one.
    3. The **Slug** needs to be assigned to the correct **Post Type**, which is as 
       follows:
    4.     ```
           partner-group = Partners
           porfolio-group = Portfolio
           services-group = Services
           slider-group = Slider
           testimonials-group = Testimonials
           ```
       
    5. Check the correct box under **Post Types to be used with this Taxonomy** for
       each Slug.
    6. Click **Save Taxonomy**.

 * This solution should work. Also soon we will update Types plugin import files.

    it has worked and now i can do more.

 * Oh, right. You’ll find the updated XML on my PasteBin–it should restore everything
   back to normal. Here’s how to import the file in case you need guidelines:
    1. Click the **download** button found on [this](http://pastebin.com/7jD4krRU) 
       paste.
    2. Change the file’s extension from **.txt** to **.xml**.
    3. On the dashboard pane, click **Types**.
    4. At the bottom, select **Import/Export**.
    5. Click **Choose File** and point to the pertinent XML file.
    6. Click **Import file** > **Import**.
 * Shufflehound, you are more than welcome to do so, but don’t you agree that the
   XML would be better? I’ve made two revisions: a.) one that has been fixed and
   works with the latest version of Types and b.) another which is also the same
   file, but has been updated to no longer import _Contact settings_ and _Slider
   other settings_.
