# Missing fields in ‘Add Ticket’

 * Hello,
    I have been trying all kinds of combinations with the different fields
   and field ordering, but for some reason, not all of the fields are showing up
   in the ticket submission form. Thoughts?

 * Ok I found it. Didn’t realize that the Edit Pencil and Editing by clicking the
   field would give different options for editing. The Pencil was the key.

 * hmm… noticing now, not all of them have the Pencil and Trash Can. Why is that?

 * Some fields are required in system and you can not delete these fields.
