Hi I have installed WP on my root directory on my own server. All this because I wanted to be able to use my own domain.

I have both tried installing Wp through a script and manually, which both worked perfectly fine, but the thing is a lot of feature I find on the http://www.wordpress.com version of wordpress are missing.

Notably the Portfolio and Projects options/tabs. They are completely not there and no box to check under the writing tab.

So I’m wondering : do I need to download a specific plugin for these features to be available on the localhost install? Or is it simply not available when you are not using wordpress.com address?

    help
