 * Hi,
    I’m having some issues with analytics picking up online transactions. I
   have enabled ecommerce tracking within GA and have inputted the GA code into
   the plugin but am having no luck.
 * Google has flagged this error:
    View Standard View is configured for Ecommerce,
   but no recent transaction data is being received. Your site may not be tagged
   for Ecommerce.
 * Google Tag Assistant Recordings can help you determine if ecommerce data is being
   properly sent to Google Analytics.
 * Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fmissing-ecommerce-data-13%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi there,
 * > View Standard View is configured for Ecommerce, but no recent transaction data
   is being received. Your site may not be tagged for Ecommerce.
 * That error usually happens because either:
 * * The ecommerce tracking code (analytics.js, gtag.js) to your site or app is
   missing. I
    * Or you need to enable ecommerce reporting for the view.
 * For reference: [https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1037063?hl=en](https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1037063?hl=en)
 * Is both active and present?

 * Hi Con,
 * Yes both
 * The ecommerce tracking code (analytics.js) and ecommerce reporting for the view
   is enabled.
 * Hope this is helpful

 * Hi there,
 * If you would like to test the tracking and make sure it’s sending over the correct
   data to Google, you can use the Google Tag Assistant tool for Chrome.
 * To learn more about this, please refer to the “Testing Analytics” section at
   [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-4](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-4)

 * Hi [@melwp](https://wordpress.org/support/users/melwp/)
 * Also, in order for Google Analytics to track purchases on your site, including
   data like revenue, tax, refunds, and shipping, it requires a payment gateway
   that redirects to the thank you/order received page after payment.
 * Test using [Stripe](https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/), [PayPal powered by Braintree](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/),
   [PayPal Express Checkout](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/),
   or [Square](https://woocommerce.com/products/square/).
 * Also, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling
   all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Analytics to see if this resolves
   the problem.
 * If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme,
   until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
 * Here is a link that better outlines that process:
 * [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4)
 * We haven’t heard back from you in a week so if you still have issues after taking
   these steps, please submit a support request at WooCommerce.com so we can obtain
   more information about the site’s enviroment.
