missing description for galleries nextgen gallery by photocrati

    День добрый.
    помогите плиз разобраться в ситуации: установлен плагин nextgen gallery by photocrati. когда добавил галерею, то в верхней части нет блока настроек (он в свернутом состоянии и при нажатии на него он не раскрывается), а там настройки этой галереи: выбрать основное фото для этой галерее, написать описание,и т.д. Пару дней назад этот блок был развернут, а теперь нет. Уже бьюсь над этой проблемой 4-й день(((.
    Помогите пожалуйста.

    P.S. Сносил плагин. через ftp удалял пару папок, которые относятся к ngg. а результата нет. При создании нов. галереи, когда пишу имя, то всплывают имена которые я писал еще раньше. Похоже что где то есть файлы, ноя не знаю как они называютя, и где располагаются,чтобы полностью все удалить ((((.

    Помогите пожалуйста

    @festeinfo – This process will generally work but we recommend you have a complete fully verified back-up of your site just in case you run into any problems:

    Use FTP to remove NextGEN Gallery related folders.
    Then use something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/wpdbspringclean/ to delete all the ngg tables.
    Then use something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/database-peek/ to search through the remaining tables for NGG references.
    Then use something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/edit-any-table/ to delete all of these database entries.

    Tables typically involved: wp_ngg_*, wp_options, wp_postmeta, and wp_usermeta

    День добрый.
    Подскажите плиз знающие люди. Создаю галерею в NGG, и получаю:
    1. гелерея не отображается.
    2. фото на загружаются.
    пишет что какая то неизвестная ошибка. просит посмотреть журнал PHP ошибок (А где он находится?), или обратиться к хост провайдеру, что у него какие то настройки некорректные. Захожу на FTP папки с названиями галерей есть. be empty (clean).
    1. /http/wp-content/gallery/11/thumbs – пусто
    2. /http/wp-content/gallery/nachalnaya-dressirivka-shenka/thumbs – пусто
    3. /http/wp-content/gallery/nachalnaya-dressirovka-shhenka/thumbs – пусто
    4. /http/wp-content/gallery/nachalnaya-dressirovka-shhenka_1/thumbs – пусто

    папка ngg:
    1. /http/wp-content/ngg/modules/photocrati-nextgen_addgallery_page/templates – пусто.
    2. /http/wp-content/ngg/modules/photocrati-nextgen_admin/templates – пусто.
    3. /http/wp-content/ngg/modules/photocrati-nextgen_basic_album/templates – пусто.
    4. /http/wp-content/ngg/modules/photocrati-nextgen_basic_gallery/templates – пусто.
    5. /http/wp-content/ngg/modules/photocrati-nextgen_basic_singlepic/templates – пусто.

    Good day. Prompt knowing people. Create a gallery in NGG, and get: 1. gallery is not displayed. 2. photos are loaded.
    saying that some unknown error. asks to look at the PHP error log (And where is he?), or contact the host provider that it has any settings incorrect. I go to the FTP folders with the names of the galleries there.

    @festeinfo – The /gallery/…/thumbs/ folders should not be empty but based on your description of the issue this does not surprise me that they are.

    As to the /ngg/ folders, those would be empty unless you are using custom templates, this is where they are saved to be update safe.

    Did you find any recent entries in the error_logs files that pointed to NextGEN Gallery or provided any additional information about this problem?

    Сделал сброс настроек в плагине. Галереи создаются фото добавляются. При написании имени галереи другие варианты не показываются. Но Проблема с боксом “Настройки галереи (Нажмите для расширенных настроек)” не исправилась. Этот бокс при нажатии не открывается.
    Напишите пожалуйста что можно добавить в код плагина, и в какое место.

    Редактирование nextgen-gallery/nggallery.php (активен).
    Или в файлы плагина:

    To reset the settings in the plugin. Galleries created files are added. When writing the name of the gallery the other options are not shown. But the problems with boxing “Gallery Settings (Click for advanced settings)” is not corrected. This box does not open when you click.

    Editing nextgen-gallery / nggallery.php (active).

    @festeinfo – If you are referring to the top section of a Gallery under Gallery > Manage Galleries not being “open”, in some very rare cases this section will get closed but can be re-opened if you click on the far-left area of the “Gallery settings” bar … http://take.ms/TJ8Ae
