    Please install and activate WP default theme as like “Twenty Twelve” then let me know what happened.

    Doh! Right on – I should’ve know that was the answer. Yes delete (and edit) buttons are missing in my theme. Sorry for the brain cramp. Thanks for an awesome plugin!!
