# Missing Default form – HELP!

 * Hi All,
 * I just bought Points and Rewards Pro and it seems like i do not have a default
   WP form on my page (which they confirm it will only work with that) They do not
   work with other plugins.
 * I think I may have deleted it – I cannot remember.
 * How Can I get this back? Thanks in advance.

 * WordPress has no “default forms” or any built-in form building feature at all.
 * And if it’s feature built-in WordPress then it’s not possible you could have 
   deleted it.
 * Perhaps they’re referring to some 3rd-party plugin… but there’s no “default forms”
   in WordPress at all.
 * Confirm with your plugin vendor exactly what they mean. Ask them to provide a
   link to a WordPress documentation about the feature in question.
