Missing data when using conditional logic

Hi

I have created a custom form with some fields that use conditional logic. After successfully filling in the data and submitting it, I noticed that the field that uses conditional logic has no data.

I tried recreating the form and it worked when I added less than 5 fields using conditional logic, I need it to work with more fields.
