Missing Custom Fields in Billing Address

After version 6.0.7.3, there are missing custom fields in Billing Address when user edit their account dashboard (inside Addresses tab).
Just installing plugin 6.0.7.3 version all the custom fields are back and showing to the users.

@quadlayers I have reseted the billing fields, then I have installed the latest update 6.0.9 and recreating the custom fields but they still not showing up to users.
