Missing Custom CSS tab in Appearance > Customize

    Hello,

    For some reason, and all of a sudden, my WordPress install is missing the Custom CSS tab in Appearance > Customize. It was there before, and I added CSS to it, but now it’s not there. However, my custom CSS is still being served.

    No, I did not have the Jetpack plugin installed at any time as the Custom CSS tab is now natively integrated into WordPress itself.

    Any ideas as to how to get the custom CSS tab back? Since the database is still there serving my custom CSS, I can always edit that if I have to, but would love to get my custom CSS tab back if possible.
