# Missing current-menu-item

 * I’m using wp_nav_menu() to create a menu on WP 3.0.1
 * When I’m surfing on site pages it usually add the class “current-menu-item” to
   the current menu item.
 * But on a page when I’ve set as Template a custom made template instead of the
   default one, that class doesn’t appear on the “li”.
 * Anyone know how to solve this?

 * I’m having exactly the same issue – any help greatly appreciated. Here is an 
   example page:
 * [brochure design leeds](http://www.bml-creative.co.uk/brochure-design-leeds/)
 * Here in the left menu you will notice there is no current-menu-item class being
   assigned to the brochure design heading.
 * This is really frustrating the heck out me!

 * seems like you need to use full url with the [http://&#8230](http://&#8230); 
   works for me now.
