    Hello, My admin just randomly “lost” the CRM tab in WPERP Settings. All of the other tabs are there. Is there a particular capability i can add to give access? The CRM tab is viewable as a Super Admin.

    Here is the WP Debug data when manually accessing /wp-admin/admin.php?page=erp-settings&tab=erp-crm:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function save() on null in /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/erp/includes/framework/class-settings.php:129 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/erp/includes/framework/views/settings-page.php(5): WeDevs\ERP\Framework\ERP_Admin_Settings::output() #1 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/erp/includes/class-settings.php(18): include(‘/var/www/vhosts…’) #2 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/erp/includes/admin/class-menu.php(56): WeDevs\ERP\Settings->__construct() #3 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(298): WeDevs\ERP\Admin\Admin_Menu->settings_page(”) #4 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #5 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #6 /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-adm in /var/www/vhosts/HIDDEN.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/erp/includes/framework/class-settings.php on line 129

    I’ve deactivated all other plugins to check for a conflict but there was no change.

    I have also deleted and reinstalled the ERP plugin and reverted to the Twenty Seventeen theme with no change.

    @advertiseit,

    I’ve fixed the issue on your site (http://allaccess.iaaconsultants.com) and everything is working fine now.

    Please feel free to inform us if you are still facing it.

    Thanks 🙂

    Good Morning Shawon,

    I still can’t see the tab. See Here: http://iaaconsultants.com/wp-content/uploads/missing_crm_tab.jpeg

    Could it be a user permission issue? If so, what capability is needed to enable access to that tab?

    @advertiseit,

    Actually no. There could be another one reason.
    To be sure I need your assistance. Could you please rename the “Menus” like- “Business Settings” to default and have a try?

    Thanks 🙂

    Good Morning Shawon,

    I’ve reverted the menus to their original names but there was no change.

    @advertiseit,

    Are you facing the same in single site installation?
    Please let me know updates.

    Thanks 🙂

    No. But I have this setup on 2 other mulsites without issue. Plus, if the plugin is activated on other sites within the currently affected multisite, everything functions fine.

    @advertiseit,

    Looks like there’s something wrong with the current site. Though we did not perform any test on a multisite installation with WP ERP, as it’s not compatible with multisite but at this stage, my suggestion would be to find out whether there is any plugin conflict.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi Shawon,

    I’ve resolved this issue. It came down to user permissions. I had to assign the Primary role as CRM Manager and Admin as an additional role.
