    Hello,

    Just ‘upgraded’ from paypal checkout plugin.

    The black option to pay with credit card is missing. Only have one gold paypal button.

    Is that normal?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.
    Can you try to Enable/Disable: “Enable PayPal Card Processing”. This can display/remove the option. You can find this under WooCommerce > Payments > PayPal > PayPal Card Processing.

    There is no such option. I have Vaulting.
    Then it says:

    Card Processing not available
    Unfortunately, the card processing option is not yet available in your country.

    With Paypal Checkout plugin it works, and i get two buttons on the site PayPal and debit/credit cards.

    I will continue to use that.

    Hello Johnny,
    I am not aware of any country restriction for the regular credit card payments but the PayPal Card Processing is limited to certain countries. Your site looks to be from the US, so it should have both options.

    Can you have a look if the Checkout plugin still active. Multiple active PayPal plugins may not work at the same time, so if you disable the checkout plugin, the PayPal Payments plugin should start working.

    Another possible cause is that it is related to your PayPal account. Can you try it with a Sandbox account because it could be related to your PayPal account. This way you can verify your account

    Hello,

    I have a Non-US Paypal business account and i’m located in Cyprus. I had not Disabled the checkout plugin but i did that now and no difference:

    As you can see with PP Checkout I get the option. So it cannot be Paypal restriction on my account/country or my physical location.

    It’s possible that USA customer can see it but i cannot, maybe there are other checks on that version.

    Anyway, leave it for now, i am happy with the PP checkout, does the job.

    I need to advise you that the PP Checkout plugin might be soon released from support and you might be forced onto this or another plugin. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
