# Missing Continue Reading button

 * Curious. Newer posts are missing the ‘Continue Reading’ button. I also noticed
   a screenshot appearing in the latest post in the carousel under Related towards
   the bottom of the post.
 * If I move the content to a new post and delete the original post, the same thing
   happens. I’m unable to explain what’s happened.

 * Please check this option, under the post editor: “Pen Options > List Views > 
   Buttons → Read More”, it is probably set to “Hide”?

   solved. This had me stumped until now. It turns out that if a post has many images
   and only a little text, then if there is not enough text to fill the synopsis
   view, the `Continue Reading >>` button is not displayed.
 * I haven’t decided whether this is a bug or a feature. Anyway, in hindsight, the
   explanation for the behaviour is pretty obvious. Still, until now, my suspicion
   was wither there was some weird Pen sitting corruption or I had been hacked! 
   So pleased it wasn’t either of these.
