 * I’m so happy with this plugin.
 * I went great, but suddenly today I saw all the specifications on my products 
   are gone, so if a customer is ordering something with a calculation on my webshop,
   I have to guess what they ordered!

 * I have checked the “Order details” in the fields, and they are all ok.
 * Any ideas?

 * Firstly you should check the type of the products.
    Our plugin support and work
   only with simple products. If the problem persist try to reinstall the plugin
   with the latest version. I am linking the documentation page too , so you can
