    Hi Thomas! Hope you are fine!
    We are facing an issue with checkout step 2 (add shipping info).
    Most of the times we use to force shipping to billing address so we only use 3 steps. In this case, we decided to have Billing and Shipping address separately and we realized that the step 2, corresponding to “add shipping info” is not triggering.

    To explain a little bit more about the issue, when we go to the checkout, the first step (add billing data) is triggered by default which is ok… then, when we click on “send to a different address” checkbox, it continues on step 1 (even when we fill all the available shipping data fields).
    Then, when we jump to select the shipping type, it changes to step 2 (but it should be step 3). And when we select the payment method, it changes to step 3 (but should be 4 instead).
    So for some reason, the plugin is only recognizing 3 steps, while it should be 4 steps in total.

    Could you please please help us fix this issue?
