Missing categories after upgrade to 2.6.2

Hi all,

i recently upgraded my site from 2.2 to 2.6.2 of wordpress.

everything went smoothly, except…

OK, before i upgraded i had 4 categories with a total of 6500 posts between them. Well, now that i have upgraded, two of the categories and the posts accociated with them are not working correctly. When viewing a post that is in one of the missing categories. It displays but shows error in browser status bar. And says that it is in an “uncategorized” categorie. Which it really is not..

Basically 2 categories are’nt sync’ed up with the rest of the site, since upgrade. The posts that are in those two categoreis are still there, and visible to users. The site is Here please have a look and see if you can help..
