# missing categories

 * Since upgrading to WP version 3.2.1, I no longer have the ability to add new 
   Page Categories.
 * I’ve tried some of the solutions offered in the past during other WP upgrades,
   such as disabling plugins) and switching to one of the default WP themes.
 * The theme used, glass 1.0, is property of a japanese developer whose site lacks
   an english version.
 * Advice anyone?
