    Hello!

My first member tried to log in on the forum, she registered, got the mail, and was supposed to log in. But upon making that attempt, the ‘login’ button was gone.

I did some testing of my own when logged out, and something weird is happening.
The login button disappears, and so does the profile button (which makes sense, because: Not logged in).

However, this member did manage to subscribe, just couldn’t find the button again. Turns out she had been clicking around and found the login button after clicking on the ‘unread’ button. The ‘unread’ button jumps to ‘recent’ and then the login button shows up.

What’s going wrong here, and how can I solve it?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tezartdesign,
This is a cache plugin issue. We’ve mentioned many times that the forum should be totally excluded from any cache plugins. The cache plugins are unintuitively cache login/logout statuses of the same page by removing adding login menu and links.
I still see WP-Optimize caching action at the bottom of your forum page source (Ctrl+U):

Please exclude the forum page using this instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

If the instruction doesn’t work, then contact to the plugin support and ask them to help you exclude the forum page with all sub pages from the cache.

If they don’t helpful then delete all caches, disable this plugin and search for other cache plugins.
