# Missing border

 * Recently, I’ve noticed the template of my blog changing when navigating to different
   Pages. The bottom black border with the footer dissapears when viewing the Pages.
   I am using Safari if that makes any difference.
 * Also, I want my link to Picasaweb to appear next in rows of two rather than one
   long column. How can I set that up?
