• The plugin was missing basic functionality for us, not allowing any products to default to a one-off purchase then have the subscription as an option like most other subscription products.

    We were initially advised by support that they would add this functionality for free in return for 2 positive reviews and a case study (how many positive reviews are bought??). This offer was later withdrawn and a demand for $500 USD was made to add this functionality (again fundamental functionality).

    We weren’t interesting in funding their development, and so requested a refund which was denied. Please read their refund policy very careful as they can refuse basically any request for a refund, their product is lacking in basic features, and support appeared greedy, so I suggest bearing this in mind when making your informed decision to purchase..

    We understand your request but this seems to be incorrect and misleading for other users, so let us correct with the fact that-

    We do provide feature of one-time purchase and subscription and we never ever denied for this, even we have mentioned this feature in our documentation, demo, product page, video everywhere. How this will look like, this also we have mentioned by sharing proper screenshot

    We also have special premium version demo for trying how it will show, how it will look like before any commitment

    The client is asking for the extra changes need to be done because of his particular theme issues as per his need and business- this is totally out of box and can’t be done freely

    We have not asked for funding this development, as this is completely client based work
