I expected to find 5 complete backups because that is how many backups I have configured to be saved. But instead most of the websites only have one complete backup. I can see that all components were successfully created. * Can you please send us a log where this occurs? Even though these 2 logs show the uploads. zip, themes.zip and plugins.zip files were created they are now gone. * Only one copy of these files are being kept. But it’s not this particular instance of UD. Is the site cloned from another site? I am at a loss. Is everything else being backed up?
