I have already entered the capacity “manage_privacy_option” in the described way, but this had no effect, but what you can see in the second link is a bug in WordPress. I will just wait until WordPress has hopefully fixed the bug.

Just one small thing … “manage_privacy_options” is the permission. It has an “s” on the end.
