# Missing Attendee Fields

 * Hello,
 * I’m using using the Event Manager Pro plugin and I need to add the ability for
   users to add additional attendees and there names to the form registration. I’ve
   come across the documentation found here: [http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/how-to-add-an-attendee-form/](http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/how-to-add-an-attendee-form/)
   but additional name fields are not populating.
 * 1. On my event>forms editor page, I’ve enabled ‘attendee form’ and created the
   default form.
    2. On my event page I’ve selected the form from the ‘Attendee 
   Form’ section 3. I’ve updated the ‘Maximum spaces per booking’ to 5
 * On the front-end when I select more than 1 space from the drop down, the additional
   attendee form fields do not appear.
 * Is there any way to solve this?

 * looks like there’s a conflicting plugin or theme; you can try to install and 
   activate WP Safe Mode to rule out any plugin or theme conflict without actually
   deactivating plugin or theme.

   The plugin you suggested broke the site and we had to perform a restore. I’m 
   not sure what is going on with that plugin or what could’ve caused that.
