Missing argument 2 no access to dashboard

After the automatic update to 3.7, my homepage is now showing this error message . .

I’m also receiving this message when trying to access my dashboard

I cannot even get to my dashboard to log in and try to fix the problem. I am new to this, so I’m not all that savy with it yet, please help! All information is helpful.
