Missing Apostrophes

Optin Revolution version:1.1.3

I have a few instances of apostrophes in text on my popup. But the apostrophes are not displaying on the actual webpage (tested on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox). Of note, within the Optin Revolution Plugin on WordPress, if I click “Preview”, the apostrophes are present. It’s not until I open a new browser and check the actual popup that the apostrophes are not present. Also note that I am using Georgia 24pt font AND Verdana 12pt font. The website is erincox.com
