I want to implement yoast breadcrumbs functionality into Jupiter theme but I’m not seeing “Advanced” settings in the Yoast menu where I know that I need to setup breadcrumbs, and even it’s shown in the knowledgebase https://kb.yoast.com/kb/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/

Short answer:

SEO -> Dashboard -> Features
“Advanced settings pages” set to enabled.

Then you will see all options.
