Thanks for reaching out! You’re not seeing the option to disable Enable Standard Tracking, is that correct? If so, this setting is found under WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations. You will see ‘Google Analytics’ listed as an option with the optional features:

If you’re not able to see the option there, then try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration to see if this resolves the issue.
If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
The screenshot is missleading.
In verson 1.4.8 there is this option
“Enable Standard Tracking: This tracks session data such as demographics, system, etc. You don’t need to enable this if you are using a 3rd party Google analytics plugin.”
This is what i was searching for.
