Hello,
I need some more information:
1. Do you use the free, or paid plugin?
2. Do you use any custom thank you pages?
3. Do you use any payments processors that take the user from the website?
4. Do you use PayPal? Is PayPal auto-return turned ON?
5. Do you see a similar problem in Events Manager, or just Ads Reports? Meaning, are Purchase events missing under Events Manager too?
6. Do you have any consent plugin on the website?
1. Free version
2. No, I use the built-in WooCommerce page /order-received/<order-id>
3. I offer two payment methods. The first one is Klarna Checkout and the second one is Vipps which redirects the customer to the Vipps iOS/Android app for payment and then back to the browser. I think this issue happens with both payment methods, although I will have to check further to see if the issue only happens with orders placed with one or the other. I have not thought of this.
4. No, I do not use PayPal at all.
5. Both yes and no. Sometimes, the conversions that are missing in Ad Manager appears in the Events Manager Purchase Event details, but sometimes it’s missing from both places.
6. Only this one to display a cookie banner.
Thanks
I have now checked regarding question 3.
It doesn’t matter which payment method the customer uses. Some purchases are registered and some are not, no matter which one is used.
However, it do see a pattern here: All purchases where the customer uses Android are tracked, but almost no purchases are registered when the customer uses iOS.

Oh and about my answer to your question #2:
The URL is: kasse/order-received/<order-id>
NOT checkout/order-received/<order-id>
If it matters?
Do you think activating this would help? The one I marked in red is the status the orders get after customers place their order.

Hello again.
Have you had a chance to look at my issue?
We are considering buying the pro version of your plugin if it will solve our issues.
