 * I installed the plugin yesterday (and removed another one therefore). It did 
   improve my site speed, but there are some things I cannot solve myself.
 * This is new at analyzing the site with your plugin:
 * > “The following resources are missing a cache validator. Resources that do not
   > specify a cache validator cannot be refreshed efficiently. Specify a Last-Modified
   > or ETag header to enable cache validation for the following resources…”
 * The files are of type .css, .js, .png, .jpg – some examples:

 * Is there anything I can do about this? Did not see too much I can configure.
 * _It is a great plugin, but I miss something like a status: working, done, reset
   cache
    The main summary page runs for a while an might then show some status,
   but not sure about the individual status (red/yellow/green) on the “switches”.

 * As to the ETag header in the wp-content directory, this issue will be fixed in
   0.9.14. But in the “s” directory, it is the feature, because of any changes in
   source files result in new file name in the “s” directory (see e.g. 31b136.css
   and 6a175d.js in your examples), and cache validation is not necessary that allow
   us to save several useless requests to the server.

 * We have a new version 0.9.17 Beta Release [07 December 2017]. Can you try to 
   update if that fixes your issue?
