Missing 3 pages from my "pinboard" theme after update/w3_cache/back-up

So I had installed 2 plugins: w3-total-cache and complete central back-up. Well a couple days later I was having issues logging into my wordpress, and 3 of my 4 pages were missing….if you go directly to my site, all tabs and info is there but in my wordpress they are not listed under pages and I can not edit….Which is need to update some content…..HELP!!
