hi.jeroen. It is the latest version of loco, and when I translate it in php7.4, an error like the title occurs. I am attaching the part where the error occurs.

1. There is currently %d %s in this directory containing the search term %s.
2. There is currently %d %s in this directory beginning with the letter %s.
3. There are currently %d %s in this directory containing the search term %s.
4. There are currently %d %s in this directory beginning with the letter %s.
5. There are %d names in this directory containing the search term %s.
6. There are %d %s in this directory containing the search term %s.

Hi @anderskim,

I am currently not familiair with Loco Translate. It seems to work fine on WordPress translate. Do you have any more details, screenshots etc?

Hi @anderskim,

my source code is fine, I double checked it, also against your screenshot.

What I think PO Edit is telling you, is that you are making it a different sorting.

In the example you are sharing, these are the placeholders: %d %s %s
What you are doing in your translation is changing the order, you are using %s %d %s
I think Loco translate is warning you about that. What does happen when you change the order back?

Maybe because of the language, the sentences are awkward, but because I change the order, the error message doesn’t appear anymore. Thank you.

Yes, that is true. The order might be awkward, this is a small shortcoming of the current translations way. You can also contribute to the translations here if you like, then the language will be bundled.
