    Sorry I have to disagree. It is stated in the description that the restore feature is for the premium licenses only. Also we have written a documentation that will help you do it if you opt not to pay for the premium licenses.

    We get positive reviews for the support that we provide to our customers I recommend that you rate our product based on your experience with it and not just out of your frustration due to the cost of the premium plugin.
