Misleading limitations and refund issues

I am disappointed with All-in-One Backup and feel the need to share my experience. With the free version, you can only make a backup up to 500 MB, which is nowhere mentioned in their profile or terms I have screenshots to document this. To make larger backups, you must purchase the Pro version. While the Pro version is impressive, it does not allow backups to external platforms, and users are required to use the Multisite Extension, which I find misleading.

I requested a refund due to these issues but did not receive one. Unfortunately, this means I have to warn others through this review. My intention is to help others avoid similar frustrations.
