  • I was really hopeful for this plugin as it advertised to be the solution to my problem, but after many attempts to get it to do what I thought it would, i finally got a response from support that that feature is not available.
    It took me 3 days to get such a response.
    I tried to login to the support desk, and it would not let me in. I could get in to but it would redirect me to metagauss and then my identical credentials that I used for would not work. I tried numerous times to get some help, and so far still nothing.

    I am sorry for any inconvinience but we did answer all three tickets you have with us:

    On the second one, we replied right away to your problem related to WooCommerce integration, and received your acknowledgment as well. On third one, we informed you about feature being unavailable after complete analysis about any possible work-around, and hence the reason for delay.

    The first ticket (and the second one) had your question regarding the support portal login, to which we replied couple of times. We have reset your access details and sent over the details. Please check you email.



    This morning I got an email that my password was reset. I logged into Metagauss, and finally got in. BUT no info on my tickets. I got the following message:

    You don’t have any tickets in current view

    I tried to click on the above links, and they go to another account I have, not the one I am trying to use the plugin!

    I enter the credentials sent me via email on the above links and they don’t work.
    They keep trying to make me enter a different email and the password for that email does not work

    This is very frustrating!!!!!

    Hi Corinne,

    You had two tickets with us where you mentioned the issue with support portal login. We sent credentials on one of those some 48 hours back, and again on the second ticket after you raised the issue on
    Coming back to the confusion regarding not being able to see the tickets after login, you will need to click on “Tickets” link and then select “All Tickets” option from the dropdown. The tickets that have been answered do not show up in the default view, but you may list them easily with aforementioned steps. We have sent you screenshot for reference on your email.
    ​We will be more than happy to assist further if you still face any issues regarding this.

    Seems a lil harsh to to expect the world of a free plugin, especially one that covers so many bases.
