    @psuarezz54 If there are sections that are not working PLEASE let us know about them, we’ll fix them! My guess is there might be a JavaScript error on your site causing a conflict.

    Also with Redux Pro you get 407 templates and 317 sections. If you have the premium version of Stackable, Kioken, or Kadence that number shoots up to 1,000. We are also getting ready for our next release of 20 full-page templates. 😉

    For customer support I am sorry you’re frustrated. We are a small team and don’t have people managing support Saturday or Sunday. I am here happy to provide service to you now.

    Our site is very clear about it being a yearly subscription because we’re constantly building new templates for the service. I have a whole team constantly working on designs. 🙂

    Either way, I’d love to make this right. I can offer you refund, but I’d love to also offer support. Given the frustration, I will ensure that you get a full refund even if we go past the 14 days trying to get things working for you. Let’s try and make it right for you. 🙂
