Misleading and disappointing

    We purchased Event Tickets Manager for WooCommerce Pro based on their promises of upcoming features — including ticket scanning and better event management tools. However, after reaching out to support, we were told that none of these features are actually in development, despite being clearly listed as “coming soon” on their site.

    This feels like a deliberate upsell tactic: advertise future features to sell the Pro version, but then fail to deliver or even plan them. We genuinely needed scanning functionality for our events, and it’s disappointing to learn it was never on their roadmap. Very misleading and not worth the upgrade.

    I totally understand your concern but we didn’t provided any such information that we will add such features in our plugin but we will add that into the roadmap and if we get more request we will surely check.
