    I don’t mind paying for a plugin like this. But if they 
   are trying to get customers by this kind of scamming practices, then I rather
   go elsewhere …

 * Thanks for voicing your concerns.
 * I think you may have got the wrong end of the stick however, as we don’t impose
   any kind of size limits to BackUpWordPress. Could you tell me how/why you’ve 
   reached this conclusion?
 * The premium extensions are explicitly for sending a copy of your backup to a 
   third-party location.
 * It’s more likely your experiencing an issue. If you’d like to enable the support
   in the BackUpWordPress plugin I’d be happy to work with you to find out what’s
   happening.
