Misdiagnosis of spam

I have a site on wordpress and forms using the Contact form 7. After installing the plugin, our team started receiving a lot of blank emails from these forms, and I understand that these are spam emails. Do I understand correctly?
But we noticed a few cases where the letters were valid but they came with a blank letter body out of the form. Can we regulate somewhere?
