Miscalculated vendor percentage

    Hello,

    I have a problem with reporting accurate commissions for vendors. It appears to have missed more than 100 orders of items sold by my vendor profile.

    As you can see there have been 186 orders of an item with a total value of $1845.

    I have the vendors share set to 50%.

    In WC Vendors Payment tab, it shows only $385 due, where it should be $922.50

    Even in the Vendor commission page it shows less items were sold. It shows only 77 isntead of 186.

    Can anyone help me with this? I’m sure I’ve not done anything out of the ordinary.

    Hello,
    So were all of these orders for 186 items for one item, or at least in one order, for one vendor’s product(s)? Or were these multiple orders and vendors?
    I see the 77, which means that product has sold 77 times..
    But 186 of that item were actually purchased?

    It does seem the commission due for $385 us about right if 77 of that product has sold.
    What does stock show?
    What about the customer order.. does it show the correct amounts?
    Please provide a bit more detail..
