Minor typo in Setup Guide

Nice work!

A quick nit: In the Quick Setup Guide in the admin area, under ‘Setting Up the List Page and Detail Page’ step 3 states:

On the page where you want the record detail to show, place the “[pdb_single]” shortcode. This page won’t show anything unless it is visited using a link with the ID of the record to show in it. For example:

/participants/detail?pid=27

Unfortunately, the actual syntax is pdb=, not pid=.

Sorry for the minutia, but I see that getting that shortcode to work has raised some questions here (it did for me), so I figure that the more clarity, the better.
